RAD CLASSES
We follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Graded syllabus and Vocational syllabus. The RAD is one of the world’s most influential dance education and training organisations. It offers an internationally recognised syllabus with examinations and assessments.

Classes are taught by a qualified and experienced RAD Registered teacher. All teachers and teaching assistants are DBS checked and insured.
The Graded Ballet Syllabus consists of three dance disciplines. These disciplines are Ballet, Free Movement (this style of dance incorporates and is influenced by Natural Movement, Contemporary and Classical Greek Dance) and Character (incorporating Hungarian, Russian and Polish Dance).
The Vocational Graded Syllabus develops classical ballet technique, musicality, performance skills and includes pointe work. This level of study prepares students for a dance or dance-related career.
Students may study the Graded Ballet Syllabus and progress to the Vocational Graded Syllabus at a suitable stage or they can study both syllabi simultaneously at the teacher’s discretion.
